Shi Zhenrgong, CEO of the leading solar panel manufacturing company Suntech and the chairmen of a panel at November's G-20 summit, told the Associated Press that the panel he chairs will recommend that leaders of traditional economies promote alternative energy sources despite their cost.  The group will ask these economies to form action plans and suggest that they employ a public-private investment model to ensure the successful implementation of renewable sources.
