Norwegian electric vehicle manufacturer THINK Global AS was purchased by prominent international technology entrepreneur, Boris G. Zingarevich. THINK, who filed for bankruptcy last month, has announced that their relationship with European manufacturing partner Valmet Automotive will resume, with production set to restart in the first quarter of 2012. The new owner, Mr. Zingarevich is committed to maintaining the company’s key role in global transportation electrification. Mr. Zingarevich is confident that along with the expertise provided by Valmet Automotive and battery maker Ener1 Inc. THINK will be a strong, competitive force in the worldwide electric vehicle market. The name of the new company marketing THINK brand products will be Electric Mobility Solutions AS.
